Terms of Service
The Longhorn Source, a service of Cattlesoft, Inc., provides a service for sellers to list cattle and items. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their own ads - we are not responsible for any errors or misrepresentations in the listings.
Transactions, fulfillment of agreed terms, etc are strictly between buyer and seller. The Longhorn Source and Cattlesoft, Inc are not responsible for any problems or disagreements that may arise.
Listing fees paid to the site are for cattle or item included on the site - we do not make any guarantees that it will sell. Though we will make every effort to keep the site up and running at all times, we do not guarantee 100% uptime of the site and will not give refunds in the event that the site does encounter downtime.
Post listings carefully as listing fees are final once paid - no refunds will be given for mistakes, inadvertent listings, etc.
It is up to the buyer and seller to ensure a safe, secure and complete transaction - we cannot be responsible for any issues that arise in ad accuracy, collecting of payments, securing of contact information, etc.
